COMPRESSED TSHIRTS

 

What a great way to add to an already great promotional product.  Once you have a custom tshirt printed you can add to your marketing campaign by compressing into a shape that helps cement the idea into your customers mind.  For example you can get a custom tshirt made that promotes your band and then compress it into a shape of a guitar.

The process is simple.  The process is the same on the screen printing but once done they take the custom tshirt print a 4 color piece of paper with a design and message and then the compress it into one of many shapes and shrink wrap to keep the air out and keep the shape.

 

You can even compress embroidered.  The price list usually starts at 144 but we will quote on smaller quantities too.  

 

The compress tshirts can even be mailed and postage will be based on weight.  As a rule of thumb they will weigh about 7 ounces and that includes the t-shirts and printed cards.  The postage on this type of package will run $2.35 to mail first class.

 

 

What type of fabric can you compress?
Anything made of 100% cotton such as t-shirts, beach and sport towels, boxer shorts and socks etc. The fibers are strong and have the memory to bounce back after washing. Garments made with blends such as 50/50 cotton/polyester have a difficult time with the rigors of compression packaging.
